As our new Digital Consultant Intern at Monstarlab (formerly Nodes), you will work closely with our team of global consultants and delivery directors to oversee delivery of projects/clients.

This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concepts, and more. You will work with some of the world’s most talented designers, developers and consultants to shape your skillset and become a positive driving force for change in the industry.

We believe strongly in coaching, development and investing in your future. With support from a Delivery Director, you will have the opportunity to take ownership for the delivery of digital projects to our clients.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Project management & Scrum mastery across digital product development; including creation and maintenance of cost proposals, timeline estimates, project plans and sprint cycles.
• Overall quality assurance and quality control for project delivery.
• Advising and supporting clients within areas such as design thinking, product management, digital transformation, business analysis, and strategy.
• Create pre-sale materials and pitch-decks used to generate new business.
• Facilitate communication between the client and project team to drive the project forward, on budget and on time.

• Knowledge of and a keen interest in program, project, and product management of digital products.
• Knowledge of or experience with the development of digital products and/or agile methodologies. 
• Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).
• Great analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• A relevant ongoing education within business & economics, IT, or engineering (e.g. BSc Digital Management, HA(it.), Cand.merc.(it.), MSc E-Business, Cand.merc MIB, or BSc/MSc Eng Design & Innovation).
• A driving personal curiosity in trends and cutting-edge technology related to mobile application and web development.
• Confidence communicating and presenting at a professional level in English.

Practical Information:
We are somewhat flexible in terms of start & end dates as well as working hours per week, but preferably full-time for a period of 3-6 months. The internship can be tailored to allow for you to receive SU grant, and/or ECTS points from your university. We hire for the long run, hence if the interest is mutual you will receive the possibility to convert into a full-time graduate position or part-time student position after the internship.
